5 Pounds of Flour
So yesterday was the lovely and anticipated South Meadows Outdoor Adventure Day. It was a ridiculous amount of fun.
I learned several valuable lessons:
1. With me and Laura around, there is NO CHANCE of seeing wildlife...we're too loud.
2.Carrying 5 pounds of flour, coat hangers, a telephone and much much more isn't as much fun as it sounds.
3. Tying a candy around a string and getting Phil to attach the other end to his mouth and telling him to get the candy without using his hands is really really funny.
4. I miss ropes stuff.
5. Laura has a twin...in the form of a 10 year old boy.
6. Stores in Bragg Creek close early.
7. Good old Camp Horizon.
8. I'm not sure how I will survive on a four day wilderness adventure with the LITs if I don't start hiking again...I am ridiculously tired today. I'm not as young, or as healthy, as I once used to be;)
9. One should always write down instructions if one expects me to remember them when they are given to me right after I get out of bed.
I just realized that I still have chocolate in my bag. I hope it hasn't melted.
In other news, I'm going to start learning about feminists tomorrow, that should be exciting. I'm not so looking forward to writing a paper though. I have three words so far: Girls are good.

Apparently Laura is as tired as you, if not her knees are certainly more banged up! Age and lack of exercise (and a bad back) are at least three reasons why I wouldn't go rock climbing! Enjoy hanging out with the feminists. :-)

Even if the chocolate is melted, it is still fine to eat - Believe me!
And that candy thing, with Phil sounds fun . . . especialy for you ;)
